4. Use of Webflow (Hosting and Forms)

Our website is hosted by Webflow, Inc. (398 11th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). Webflow acts as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and processes personal data exclusively on our behalf.

Data processed may include:

  • Server log files (see above)
  • Data from Webflow forms (name, email address, message text, IP address)

Data transfer to the USA:
Webflow is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additionally uses EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection. A corresponding Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been concluded with Webflow.

We use cookies to enable and improve the use of our website. Technically necessary cookies are always set. Other cookies (e.g. for statistical purposes) are only set with your explicit consent.

IP anonymization:
Your IP address is shortened within the EU or the EEA before transmission to Google. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
